Track 63: Felecia Williams
Summary: In 2014, Felecia Williams was just a 9-year-old in the third grade. Like most children her age, Felecia was inquisitive yet naive. The second youngest of six girls, Felecia developed a close relationship with her neighbor and family friend, Eboni Wiley. But this close bond would be tested by the events that transpired on May 16, 2014. Felecia was missing and Eboni could not account for the child's whereabouts, leaving Felecia's family and investigators baffled. So, did Eboni possibly have something to do with Felecia's disappearance?
