Summary: In February 2009, Tiana Notice, 25, was in her last semester of graduate school at the University of Hartford and had recently rekindled things with her college sweetheart. They even had plans to get engaged on Valentine’s Day. But what was supposed to be a day of love would end in a shocking tragedy. Now, her family and friends are left with more questions than answers as they uncover a clear mishandling by the justice system.
