TRACK 18: THE MURDER OF DEMETRIA HILL
Summary: Demetria Hill, 19, and her best friend, Tamila, were approached by a stranger who offered to take them out to dinner. The girls found him to be charming and seemingly normal — and so, they took a chance. A chance they’d grow to regret. The night takes a turn for the worst after Tam is dropped off and Demetria heads out solo with the stranger, never to be seen again. Demetria’s mother, Sharon, fights for justice — canvassing neighborhoods and approaching said stranger. Her persistence helps detectives to finally crack the case wide open.
